For this project my word was fast and I used the shapes from video games that means like boost. the first layer I did was oil pastel shapes. the seconds was a base layer of water color. the third was a cup rim in thicker paint to make circles.the fourth was lines with a dry brush. and the fainal peace was the hedge hog in the center.
I worked with Olivia on this and either she or I would move the turtle or the things that it was interacting with.
this was successful in that we vassicly acheaved what we wanted to do but if we did it again I would like to do it a little longer. https://youtu.be/lwIbKvhObrU from the news paper art I learned that it's a lot harder to lay out something on paper then it is in your head. this peace was successful in a way because it turned out really flat and nice. if I were to do it again I would make it a lot more colourful.
From the clay project I learned that molding and making something round is not as simple as it sounds. I think mine turened out like I thought it would and was pretty round. if I were to do it again i would add texture to it. from the land art I learned that you can't really do much much with it after you make it. I like that it looked just like what we tried to stencle out. if ibwere to change something it would be filling it in more and making it dense stealing is when you dirrectly copy from one peice and insperation is taking bits and making them your own buy doing them a little different
Yes its ok it's rare to find something that is completly original. every thing has come from something else. I chose pan cake turtle because I like pancakes and I guess turtles are pretty chill. I chose pencil because that is the only thing that I am kinda good at. and it's easy I wish I had not tried to shade to hard because it just ended up really smuggey that I merged great food with a living thing come on its pancake turtle. the moth charcole was the hardest because I had no reference to draw from so it turned out very disportional and the stapler was the easyest because I bassicaly copied it
These birds are the background to a song called neckbrace from ratatat. As for what this is about i have no idea its just a bunch of birds that in the video swing back and forward. I like this because a couple of years ago i liked this song and the birds are really cool and look like they are dancing with the music.
